Accommodations

Blocks of rooms are reserved at two hotels adjacent to each other approximately 8 miles from the reception site. Optional transportation between the hotel and reception will be provided as below.

Travel
 
Krapf Bus will be provided to transport guests from the hotel to the reception after the ceremony and back at the end of the evening. Bus will accomodate roughly 45 people. This will allow hotel check-in to occur between the ceremony and reception.
 
Estimated Departure Times:
Leaves Hotel:  4pm and 5pm
Leaves Kings Mill: 10pm and 11pm
